If you want to buy a product we don't offer in our online store, we will be happy to fulfill your special order.

How it works

1. Select language and currency you prefer at the top-left of the page.

2. Put products you liked to the cart.

3. When finished press "Checkout".

4. At the check-out page you can select the quantity and see total weight of products and cost of delivery.

5. Select delivery and payment method. Available payment options depend on the selected currency.  The recommended method of delivery - Air Mail. In this case, the delivery time is significantly reduced at slightly higher cost.

6. You can register with your favorite social account or by entering your email address and contact details.

7. After confirming your order, you will receive an email about your order being processed.

8. When we receive the payment, you will be informed by email and then your order will be sent to you within 1-5 days. You will receive a tracking number  (e.g. RR070125648TH), to follow your parcels shipping progress on track-trace site.
