Disappointed with results. I workout regularly and eat a fairly healthy diet. I was looking for something to help me trim down 5 lbs. nothing major. This didn't do a thing for me. I used it for a full 30 days religiously as per instructions. I may as well have been taking herbal tea capsules. Didn't help with appetite suppressant or with weight loss.
