When I took it for the first week or so (at the dosage recommended on the label) I didn't feel much. But then, when I accidentally doubled my evening dose from 2 pills to 4 (I had forgotten I'd taken them a bit earlier) I definitely felt the aphrodisiac effect...
Based on my experience, I would build it up in your system for a few days first, by taking the suggested 2 in the morning, two at night daily... and then when you will be planning on engaging in whatever it is you're taking them for... take 4 of them 20 minutes or so beforehand. If your system is like, mine, you'll be glad you did. Considering the reasonable price, especially compared to much more expensive sexual enhancement products that do little or nothing, I gave this the 5 stars.
Having said the above, I'm not sure how safe it is to double the dose, so you may want to research that. I felt no ill effects however.
